The Hennessey Venom F5 is the vessel for testing that concept. With a low-drag coefficient, the weight of fewer than 3,000 lbs, driving power through a twin-turbo V8 engine, it’s a speed demon that has over 1,600 brake horsepower. Yes, 1,600.
