18 Mar Porsche Mission E Cross Turismo: The Porsche of Tomorrow
What comes to mind when I mention an e-Porsche to you?
The 2018 Geneva Motor show had multiple vehicles that charmed spectators and intrigued buyers, including the Porsche Mission E Cross Turismo, an electric all-wheel drive SUV concept, which is looking like it is a direct shot at Tesla.
Seems like Porsche is thinking of developing sooner than later, with demand for sporty electronic vehicles higher and going more and more mainstream.
The development of the Mission E Cross started in 2015, but although with minimalistic futuristic design, it continues to support and sport the classic Porsche design.
Their technologically advanced, 4-point indicator system and Porsche’s X-Sight innovation operate through the front headlights. From the passenger and driver’s perspective, they would enjoy an spacious display which would be quite the infotainment system.
The car would output over 600 horsepower with a 0 to 100 km/h at 3.5 seconds from the line. All-wheel drive and torque vectoring are to be expected from a Porsche like this, and also all-wheel steering.
PS. You might see in this image a Porsche Drone detected. Could we start to see the development of car technology in tandem with drone cameras? Time will tell, two exciting concepts.

The Bottom Line
The Porsche Mission E Cross Turismo is a sign of a motoring giant with plenty of pedigree innovating to the demands of tomorrow. We can see some adjustments in the styling going towards more of a futuristic, minimalistic design for this car, but we are hoping all of this technology will take the soul out of it. We will have to stay tuned when we get behind the wheel.
